Getting out on the course
Everything you need before your first drive: where the course is, when it is open, what to bring, and how we keep it in good shape.
Where
Norheimsvegen 185, 5600 Norheimsund. Free parking by holes 1 and 10, marked P on the course map.
When
Open 00:00–23:59 every day, all year. No registration and no booking — just turn up.
How far
18 holes, par 63. The blue tees total 1883 m, the red tees 1287 m.
Three things worth knowing
Download the caddy book. Mobile coverage is patchy on parts of the course, so the PDF on your phone beats the website when you are standing on hole 11 wondering where the basket is.
Check the course status. If a hole is closed for maintenance, it shows as a banner at the top of this page.
Local pro shop. If you need discs or gear, Kvam Disc Golf Shop is the local disc golf shop in Hardanger — discs, bags, baskets and accessories.

Course etiquette
The course runs through an area many people use for walking. These four points keep it safe and pleasant for everyone.
Never throw towards people
Wait until the group ahead is well out of range — and until walkers, cyclists and dogs have passed. A disc at full speed does real damage.
Let faster groups through
Playing alone or searching for a disc? Wave the group behind you past. It takes half a minute and saves everyone the frustration.
Carry out your rubbish
Whatever you bring onto the course, take back out again. If you spot litter that is not yours, picking it up is always welcome.
Share the area
The course shares its ground with walkers and neighbours. Stick to the paths between holes, and leave fences, livestock and farmland alone.
Report a hole that needs attention
The course is maintained by volunteers. Through the hole-adoption programme you can rate and comment on each hole, sign up as a helper, or take responsibility for a hole yourself. The service is in Norwegian only.
